Collected from New Zealand native forests, manuka, and wildflowers across the Bay of Plenty. Bee pollen is vitamin-rich and packed full of antioxidants that help with brain fatigue. It also assists in speeding up healing, relieving inflammation, and boosting liver health. We like to add it to foods such as smoothies, soups, yogurt, porridge. It can also be grounded down as a supplement powder.
The recommended intake of 1/2-1 teaspoon a day.

NOTE: if you have a pollen allergy, you may also be highly allergic to bee pollen, so please take with caution. Try: ½ teaspoon gradually increasing over time with water and food.
